This means Erin helps parties reach solutions that are workable and futureproof. She is also an experienced advocate in mediations and in litigation in the specialist employment forums.
Dispute Resolution & Litigation
As a qualified and experienced workplace investigator and an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI_CH), Erin conducts independent investigations and culture reviews in the workplace and sporting environments. Erin is regularly called upon to investigate complaints about inappropriate behaviour in both environments, which requires an equal balance of empathy, efficiency and excellent judgment. Where clients conduct internal investigations, Erin provides assistance and guidance on process and recommendations, including around culture, training and development or disciplinary processes.
